How in the hell do you get anywhere near these little *censored*s to shoot at em?!?! Lol
If anyone has any tips for hunting these delicious looking forest chickens with a longbow I’d appreciate it!

My friend got tired of losing his arrows when he missed so he got out a can of orange spray paint and painted them so they are easier to see.

I’ve killed quite a few with my trad bows, shoot for the body not the head! Haha I’ve missed a lot shooting for the head and they always duck it! But usually it’s just a matter of getting them to fly into a tree or seeing them in the bushes tucked down thinking they’re invisible.Lol I had a quail duck an arrow from 10 yards once, and I just stood there flabbergasted. Wish I had reflexes like that!
Yeah I guess it’s just gonna take time and finding good places to go!

I've tried a couple of times. My problem was finding the birds. I usually end up stump shooting.Spray paining the arrow is a great idea! I don’t have too much trouble with my flu flus though.
