Title: First buck on my own
Post by: Buckhunter2200 on October 29, 2021, 11:28:57 AM: 2021 season was a successful one for myself it was great memories and even better I got to put some meat in the freezer. I've always had my dad by my side when I've gotten a buck I've gotten three with him, but it was a totally different experience by myself this year. I'm thankful to have a great dad who was able to teach me the way of the woods. He has taught me so much about the way of life and how to not be a jackwagon. Can't wait to get another one on the ground with him because nothing beats hunting with the old man but a big goal of mine was to be able to take a blacktail buck by myself. Even though this buck isn't my biggest he stocked the freezer and made for some great memories. Good luck to everyone else and shoot straight!

I hear you loud and clear about your dad, mine was lost a few years ago also, was always with us out in the field during hunting season teaching us his vast knowledge and still is :tup:...........On a little lighter note, once again great buck and story and I got to give you 2 thumbs up on that mullet, its also a dandy :tup: :tup:

Thank you sir, I will always cherish the time with my dad because before long it’ll be my turn to raise kids.
