Iven seen a lot of deer this year. IF we get some snow before your hunt, should be good.

I had this tag last year. I solo hunted 4 days of the season in temperatures in the teens and lots of snow up high. I started having truck issues (I think it was bad fuel in Bingen) so I pulled out early. I did not see many deer and didn't fill the tag. PM me and I can tell you where I hunted. It might tell you where not to go....

It can be a really tricky unit to just walk into and have success. In my experience good spots take a lot of time to find. But that’s a great time to be hunting deer anyway. I have the quality rifle tag but I shot a deer in the regular season so in the fire place it goes..hope that trade was worth it as long as it takes to get a quality tag for some of us

A decent 3x3 blacktail. A buck I would have been happy to shoot with the quality tag. No regrets. I have a lot of sheds from this unit and know very well as to what it can hold and what it usually holds. I shot what it usually holds lol
