Looking at Pineapples going for only a $1.50 each in the store, (one Container Ship must have been blown in past the Blockade and into Port.)
"Global Warming" has been changed to "Climate Change" and "The Pineapple Express" has become "An Atmospheric River," so all this wet weather, tells me it's time to make a good old recipe that hasn't changed (since we made it over the campfire back in my Boy Scout days). :drool:

Grilled Peach Upside-Down Cake
Ingredients
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 ¼ cups sugar
½ teaspoon plus a pinch salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 large peaches (about 2 1/4 pounds) 4 peeled and thinly sliced, 1 peeled and chopped
