Great NE whitetail
-
Holy eyeguards
Nice deer
-
👍🏻
-
Wow! Very nice. I love the dark antlers those NE bucks tend to get.
-
Nice buck. I see a big variation of antler configuration in NE. That's what I like about WT, each is unique.
-
Very correct, huge difference in whitetail traits. You really never know what you might see. Back in the day before trailcameras I bet there were bucks never seen
-
That looks great but I’d have a hard time not doing a shoulder mount on that stud
-
Wow that’s a great deer.

I agree with ya bone
Nice display too👍
-
I love the skull mount, easier to take care of. Way cool
-
Wow that’s a next caliber type buck right there
-
Holy eyeguards
Nice deer
:yeah: that was my first thought too! Beautiful mount, I love euros
-
 Looks great
-
Was he aged? Great buck, thanks for sharing!!!
-
I never aged it but I know the teeth weren’t flat. It hadn’t started to regress.
-
We’re those antlers recolored?
-
what I was thinking. Unless its lighting. they dont look normal for this area
-
I think the color gives away where it was probably shot.
-
I have a shed of similar color and my guess is that deer spent some of his time in a burn not necessarily a recent burn but none the less. And as far as giving away where he was probably shot, heck I can go any direction and in between and wind up in a burn now days.
-
You’re probably right with all the recent fires. I was thinking of one fairly big one in particular in the NE corner from recent years.
-
Not recolored. It probably was pushed into the area from a burn.
