The cost may be lower. But the big deal, especially for your more remote properties - FASTER APPRAISAL! I'll keep you posted as soon as this comes online.

Yes, I've done more than half of my loans east of the Cascades.

I quit the business in August of 2020....but my phone kept ringing off the hook so I took my continuing education and got my license back...best decision I have ever made.

Yes, as long as they're new or on their original foundation.
