Title: Deer still looking ok
Post by: baldopepper on February 19, 2022, 04:04:49 PM: Threw out a few apples to get a closer look. Seems they're all in good shape as are the others hanging around.

Actually at least 5 bucks in the group, shed their horns, but you can see the nubs when they're up close. Nice thing over 40 actually milling around with at least 12 of them last years fawns.

Nice. I think I can make out the nubs on one. Glad to see a good herd.

One group of about 9 does was right next to the road. When I stopped and rolled down my window, My wife said to them, "Glad you made it through the winter, lookin' good ladies!" :)
