Hoping this is at the tip of one of your pointy heads... :chuckle:
I'm looking to by a pistol in WA from a guy who bought/registered it when he lived in Idaho but now resides in Oregon.
Simple FFL transaction (?) or will this melt the Oregon and Washington systems?
Thanks in advance!

Should be a simple transaction. If he is the original owner Should not matter where he lives now. Fill out the required paperwork and if he doesn't have any issues or you don't Should go thru in the normal 3 to 4 week process.

The pistol will have to be transferred to you by a dealer within your state of residency.
