So finally got my nieces northern pike finished now just have to ship to New York
-
what an awesome fish...where was it caught and how big is it?
-
Jackelope thanks for the compliment, it is 36 inches long, was caught in Wisconsin.
-
If you dont mind me asking, what does it cost to get a fish done?
-
I charge 15.00 an inch for skin and 21.00 an inch for replicas, I make a small base depending on the fish, usually driftwood or something similiar. If there is a request for some larger or other type of habitat I charge extra.
Thank you

VERY COOL! I bet thats a pain to ship. She'll LOVE IT

Bone,
Thank You, yep it is a pain to ship, made a 37 x20 x11 inch plywood box for it last night. Weighs about 25 pounds all together just can't wait for the abuse I am going to receive at UPS today

Looks good man!!

Do you know what lake in WI? I have caught many hundreds in a couple lakes and rivers near where I grew up. Green Lake on the Ripon side holds some absolute monsters.
-
That is a nice fish but I never have understood the whole bend the fish in a position that is completley unnatutural thing. :dunno: The quality looks very good from the pic though. :twocents:
-
Awsome mount! 8) How much would you charger to repaint a walleye, it is 30 inches?
-
Bowhunt I sent you a PM

nice job on the fish.Iknow who to bring one to foresure.is that called a c curl mount looks like a natural strike position
-
is that called a c curl mount looks like a natural strike position
LOL, yeah okay. :fishin:

Rasbo,
It is a left turn pose, a lot of people like that pose instead of a straight on mount, with this pose it displays the head, and tail away from the wall. I enclosed a little video found on you tube go to the 18 second mark and stop it, I love that strike position the pike did.
