A lot of other mail order companies started banning sales of magazines a month ago. Can't blame them for protecting themselves from this liberal state.
-
Well good thing we all have a lifetime supply of mags. To bad they don’t focus on mental illness and enforcing the 10,000 gun laws that already exist!! It’s about liberal control not anything else.
-
Am I reading it wrong or does it appear based on that alert they will stop selling firearms that come with factory standard cap mags that are more than ten rounds.

Correct no firearms will be sold with any mags over 10 rds.

Sounds like they won't sell firearms capable of holding mags that can have more than ten rounds in general...?
In essence a ban on ARs. Maybe I'm seeing it wrong.
I don't buy my guns from sportsman's anyway... just curious.

Washington isn't the only state that has a 10 round mag ban.... almost all of the manufactures have a 10 round compliant magazine so they can be sold here.

:yeah: Correct a lot of companies already make a package that is a 10 round option that wa is now going to. The gun is the same just limited 10 round magazines sold with it. They will still sell ar/10-22 etc just 10 round or less mags only. All gun stores in wa will not just sportsman’s.

Ya I get that..
That's why the wording in the flier is throwing me off.
Oh well...I'm over it...

It's a re-do of the 1994 Gun Control Act, but this time it is a lot more restrictive. In 1994, handguns which originally sold with high-cap magazines were restricted to 10-round (or less) magazines........sort of. The new gun could only be sold with the 10-rounders, but you could still buy a high-cap version for the same gun. It was a gigantic cluster-muck.

Where is this new law in the court as Unconstitutional? Do they have to wait until the law goes into effect to file?

The new state law is what's prompting this for all gun sales.

What if you ordered a gun last week but it won't be at your ffl until tomorrow? Will they still be able to transfer since it was purchased a week prior?

If you haven’t already prepared for this BS,
You weren’t a Boy Scout

The law takes effect on July 1st.
