I am preemptively posting as well, although in my active licenses it looks like I got a second deer tag but the dates are messed up and say from 1900 - 9999 so it could just be nothing. Good luck to y'all
Mine shows the same thing with the second deer tag, but I didn't apply for it this year. I drew it last year.

I would guess that you have the box checked for "include expired"?

No, I don't. But I think it's showing up in there because of the weird date range it shows for the second deer tag:
