25 mile creek drainage around the snowberry campground area

Collared = planted and watched!! :bash: :bash:
-
I wouldnt be surprised if they arent artificially inseminated at his point and collared at birth. They seem to have no problem getting a collar on every single one of them and then calling a pack 10 years later after the collared ones collared babies have babies.

The word is there is 3 collared wolves in the shady pass pack which all of the ones I have captured on camera are in 25 mile creek drainage

I’d be shocked if they didnt make it down there or even further down following the migration. My folks had a female and 2 juvenile lions in their yard this winter following the deer trail and they are just a mile from pat and mikes

We have been seeing and hearing Wolves in the Mud Creek Drainage quite a bit lately. At least one with a collar looks to be a young male. I have seen 3 at one time but have heard from others there are 5. I cant confirm that number though.

I’ve seen their tracks this summer in the wilderness. Huge tracks. I’d imagine they real hard on that herd in the winter grounds

Every where I went up there during archery, roads were littered with wolf tracks, from the top to the bottoms. :bash:

If they are colard so they know where they are and they deniethat there are wolves in the area then they must not be wolves right.
So what ever they are, must be feral house dogs and should be fair game.

Spent 1 night camped in the area during archery and heard a wolf howl while I was setting up camp at 11pm. It was very close proximity to me. Drove quite a few miles but didn't pay attention for tracks in the roads

Saw a big silver one up on Bethel ridge/Rd1000 headed south just before it turn from DNR to NF.

If you were in Montana and say had 4 wolf tags in your pocket, you could possibly get 4 with one bullet. :chuckle:
-
My grandpa had a dog back in 1980 that went to a neighbors orchard and found some ramik brown. I sure wish these things would do the same.

(never thought of that......leave it up to the awesome photographer to always be looking for the perfect angle/shot/line) :chuckle: :chuckle:

FMJ stuff would seem to be the best choice, line them up

Are any of you guys familiar with a round used in the military that works like a sabot when fired? My grandpa had a few boxes of them. They have three outer sabot like pieces hugging the round and when it comes out of the barrel they fall away and you have a projectile with no rifling. I'll see if I can get my dad to dig some out of storage and get a pic.

Something like this? IIRC Federal or Rem used to sell "Accelerator" ammo.

And just across the lake…

I think that is close enough to the porch to take action
