Well I had drawn the multi-deer on the 3rd drawing and already having the multi-elk I did not purchase my multi-deer. It came down to not knowing how much time I was going to have to spend out hunting deer. So there is still a chance for one of you out there. :tup:Good luck

Are you serious.. Is it cause they screwed up or that many people decided not to buy the tag after all?
-
I wish they would just make it over the counter first come first serve.
-
Where are you finding this, I still see only 3rd draw information?
-
If they were smart and decent business people they would lower the price and sell them all over the counter on a first come basis. Better to sell 100 items at 5.00 then to sell 40 at 10.00. If they were always selling out then the price is correct, but when takes all year and even then maybe not. I would be interested in seeing their overall permit/raffle sales numbers compared to gross income. They may be ok, but I would bet if they lowered a little they would sell more and increase the income generated. You can price yourself out of sales/income even on high demand items.

pretty sure it was a joke....as in he's not buying his m/s tag, so there will at least be 1 more available.
joke...get it?
-
Ah yes, but your talking about the same State that already instituted a two year surcharge on top of the highest license fee's west of the Mississippi for the least amount of opportunity west of the Rockies..... :(
-
No I got it...I was just commenting.
-
I didn't sorry, my stupid. Multitasking.
-
I did not purchase my multi-deer and it had to be purchased by midnight last night. So that leaves one for sure to go to a 4th drawing.

I wish they would just make it over the counter first come first serve.
:yeah:

That would make too much sense

Hey dbllunger, i wouldn't neccassarily say that. Would you rather paint one house for $1,000 or paint 20 house's for $50. Same amount of money but less work. This is the modo of all taxidermists also. Makes way more sense to mount one deer for 400 than four deer for 100. Just a little business lesson. :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

It seems like more work for them to have second, third , fourth draw etc to try and sell them all out when they could sell just as many or all of them over the counter on first come first serve. Way less confusion, waiting and effort and those who are interested would buy them. :twocents:

That can really be the only answer. I mean if they're having that much trouble selling them once they are drawn, I don't think it would be too out of line to sell them OTC first come first served...
