Looks like you are offline now and unable to answer my last question, so I can offer this:
FYI - Most phones are taking large megapixel photos, the forum will not accept too large of photos due to the amount of memory it requires. Every time we upgrade software or servers, our tech guy comments about our massive memory requirements, this is due to all the photos saved on this forum that we all like to see. So we have to limit the size of photos that can be accepted. Typically if you reduce your photos to no larger than 800x600 pixels they will always post. I realize not everyone understands what that means or how to change their photos so I'll try to offer simple advice how to change photos with a phone so they post easily.
ANY DEVICE
After you type your message click where it says "Attachments and other options" then you will see a button that says "Choose File", click that and then choose where to get the photo you want to post. Your next move depends what type of device you have:
I-PHONE
I have an i-phone, if I try to post photos they seem to post upside down every time, I have learned if I take a moment and open the photo in my gallery and expand it to full screen size, then take a screen shot, I can then post the screen shot. Note: Before you attach the photo at the bottom of your screen it will say "Actual Size 6.4 MB" or something like that, if you click on that and then click Medium or Large, then click "Choose" the photo always posts and is right side up. Additionally some members worry about whether or not location data from where the photo was taken might be attached to their photo by their phone or camera, if you take a screen shot you prevent that from happening.
ANDROID
Can someone else offer good directions who is familiar with android phones? I'll add that info here so it's all in one post?

I've downloaded "photo resizer" it's free and I resize any photo I want to post. Really easy to use. I just downsize one step down from what my phone photo does (Android phone) and it posts every time.

Mine are too big to post here, I have to post a screenshot instead.

Thanks for the info. I resized 2 photos of my kids Desert Buck. Going to attempt to post them.

So I resized to 600x800 and when I select the photo it doesn't show in my preview, just the story...

make sure you hit select and done and that the Pic credentials show up in the attachment bracket.

If your using an Android phone and just looking at the browser version of the site instead of Tapatalk it looks like this.

If you’re posting from an iPhone, click the at the bottom of the screen where it says the size of the photo, and change it to under the max KB size.

LDennis24. I did that and it shows in the attachment window that it is there.. when I preview the post, there is no picture. Do I post the story and trust that the attachment will show up? Thanks..

Yes. I never preview my post and they always show up if they were sized correctly. We f they were not, it will give you an error message…..or something to that extent.

Sesrch google how to take a screenshot and your phone model
If you have a samsung S series its probably the volume down button and power button at the same time, then attach the screen shot. It's nice because you can also draw on tbe photo or highlight things, or crop out things that can identify your location

Easiest is to screen shot the photo or
Gallery
Select photo
Click pencil
Click the bent arrow around the square ish icon
Pull the corners that are highlighted to crop the photo
Save photo
Click add attachments
Choose file
Click files not camera
It should be the top photo on the list
Click select if prompted
Click post
You have to type some words also in the post. I don't believe you can post just pictures
