Does anyone know what the general deer mule deer 2023 season dates will be?

Should be October 14th, if it does not go the way of spring bear

They will keep general season around awhile longer, look for the OIL species to be next on the hit list, followed up by rut hunts for elk and mule deer.
Make no mistake they are in it for the long game and these are all on the list. Spring bear was the easy first picking to take down.

That would be awesome! Then the commission wouldn’t have a chance every year to take more days or close more seasons. But that’s exactly how they like it. Up for review each and every year. Washington is becoming like out-of-state hunting. Season just closed and not even quite sure if we’re going to be able to hunt it next year. Spring bear is gone for good. Guess we’ll wait and see what low hanging fruit they decide to pick for next season. :bash: :bash: :bash:
