Title: Chessie Breeders?
Post by: callturner on December 27, 2022, 04:38:18 PM: Any recommendations on Northwest Chessie breeders? Im going to start a new pup soon.

Post by: Colin on December 27, 2022, 04:57:50 PM: I've trained 7-8 from Mason's Chesapeake in Mt. Vernon and they have been solid meat dogs with a few standouts. I always recommend that you make sure your breeder is doing the standard health tests for your breed that are recommended by www.ofa.org

I have a 2 year old male from Linda as well.
Great dogs with superior intelligence and athletic abilities. .

I've got a female from Craig. Great dog and he breeds them on the small side. She's 55lbs soaking wet but after having a 90lbs male it has its advantages.

My favorite girl was from a Nordom/CK litter. Craig produces some wonderful dogs. Agree that he would be another great source.

Post by: callturner on April 03, 2023, 05:03:04 PM: So I contacted Craig, and he was at least 2years out. But he gave me a name and contact info to a fellow he had just bred his Rip dog to his female. Thursday the female had a ultrasound and she was positive. I sent my deposit off today :IBCOOL:
