Title: My First Bobcat!
Post by: raydog on December 31, 2022, 02:13:32 PM: I Caught a 26.2 lb Tom today. Couldn't believe it! I used some meat from my beaver I caught and a little bit of bobcat scent gland. Trap was out for a week or two. ( I checked it everyday) I was going to try a new spot when I went to check it today. Glad I hadn't moved it already!

Bone, I left it just as is. But it did freeze for a few days solid. So it was rather fresh still when the cat got there. He took advantage and ate all of it, last of my bait! Haha

While he would make a very nice scarf, the gf is set on a rug or mount!
