There were two Bills introduced this year to outlaw fur farms in WA, HB 1034 and SB 5161. They have both died. Perhaps you remember the last couple years there were similar bills with a tenuous connection to COVID. This year they stopped trying to hide their agenda and wrote bills that just made it illegal to fur farm. Not directly affecting trapping but we're on the same target.
You can thank the Hunters Heritage Council for their good work in killing these bills.
