Nothing good from this project will help hunters.
Sounds like making coyote a protected species will be top priority.

yup - i'm sure the angle will be that "healthy" wolf and cougar populations have limited prey numbers available for now declining bobcat and coyote populations, so coyotes and bobcats should become protected species bye bye hunitng coyotes and bobcats

Yup that's what I'm getting.
Totally agree with ya.
When are they gonna show hunters the results.
They have no problem showing results to all these conservation.org people.
-
Just another fake study where they already have the outcome planned out.

These people all have the common sense educated out of them. You can count on anything (studies, etc.) they participate in, being 100% agenda driven.

Yep, all BS! Coyotes breed like rabbits almost. I’ve got a friend who has grandkids that have shot over 100 of them out of 1 orchard in less than a year! They will go into the orchards at night, use some calls and they are everywhere. They will kill a dozen one night, then a week later another 5 or 6 then a week after that another dozen or more. He said there has only been 1 weekend since last May that they have not killed at least one. There is no shortage of coyotes just a shortage of common sense and science within the WDFW, most everything they do nowadays is agenda driven catering to the governor and his “special interests”. I totally agree with you harveymarv 👍
