First time using 00 flour. 24 hr rise no dr needed :chuckle: Mine looks like Florida. Dana’s looks delicious🤑🤑🤑

It was good. New to the 24hr rise and 00 flour. So far so good :tup:

I use 00 and usually do 2-3 days in the fridge. So good. Those pies look delicious!
