A good buddy of mine drew the only tag in the wenaha for goats. We are trying to figure the best way to go about this hunt as he is 63 years young. He is fully capable to do this hunt and is in great shape but if there is and easier option we will take it! Any advice or info would be appreciated

Not sure of the boundary but we floated river between wenaha and sled Springs elk hunting one year and saw a couple boomer Billie’s on sled spring side. I betting river is the boundary.

63 years old and a tag like that, I’d get ahold of sheep mountain outfitters. I bet they have a lot of experience in that unit with goats.

Go over to Ifish and get on the Hunting page and ask around. Some very helpful, knowledgeable people there!
