Nice bull thanks for sharing
-
That first video is a great looking clean six. Thanks for sharing.
-
That's cool. Wife called me this morning super excited as she was out watering plants about 5 a.m. and a bull was bugling behind the house. First time she heard one sounding off and she's still smiling as she talks about it

Yes he is....just missing some width, but a shooter for me anytime.
-
That was fun, thanks. On a side note: great antler control scratching private parts
-
Hard to believe that first video is this year. 4 weeks ago when I was out scouting the best antler growth I saw was about 12 inches.

They are just about done growing here. No big bulls on our cams but a handful of small bulls, small 5's and small 6's. For the most part anything with branched antlers at this point you can tell where he's going to end up.
Deer are still bulbed up though.

Yeah he got there quick. I have many other bulls still growing that are a little over halfway done.
Wonder if it’s an elevation thing. Vid one is pretty low, another cam up high has many more bulls still growing.

I'm positive it's an age class thing :twocents: every big mature bull I've seen or got on camera this time of year is fully cooked while raghorns can be anywhere from medium rare to well done.
-
That does make sense, and aligns with what I usually see.
-
Good lord they are amazing
-
Just got out to check cameras the other day. Needless to say I won’t be writing this spot off.

Little guy that walked by today.
-
A new guy to the group. Looks like very close to rubbin time.
-
Fatty, thanks. Your cam may not survive the transition, seems to be eyeing that little tree for a rub down.
-
Went and checked some cams yesterday. 3 cams within half mile of eachother. Public land. Date and time stamp are messed up on this one tho which was frusterating so i pulled it for the season.
-
And another 1

Spikes only for me, been after that "nutsack" bull for 3 years now hoping to have a meet up with him this year. fingers crossed
-
If this is where I think it is, it's cool to see the genetic traits shining through. Pretty sure I know who the daddy's are to the bulls in posts 19 and 28. Pretty cool stuff!
-
LOL showing some dominance!

These 2 provided a good series of pics, were with 20ish cows, and were going at it pretty good.
