This dog looks like it has been out in the woods for quite some time.

As long as that dog has been out, it look like the family shouldn't be allowed to have it back.
That dog is in rough shape!
The owners could have looked for it for days and done everything possible to try to to find it. Maybe it showed up miles and miles away.
I'm not ready to blame the owners yet.

I’m the group that places all responsibility on the owner/handler of what happens to their dog.As long as that dog has been out, it look like the family shouldn't be allowed to have it back.
That dog is in rough shape!
The owners could have looked for it for days and done everything possible to try to to find it. Maybe it showed up miles and miles away.
I'm not ready to blame the owners yet.
