Title: Magnus Stingers and 4-fletch
Post by: WoolSocks on September 26, 2023, 03:49:05 PM: Hello. The guy at the pro shop today told me that “rule of thumb” one should use 4-fletch arrows with 4-blade broadheads. I have 3-fletch arrows, and I’m switching from traditional 3-blade broadheads to magnus stingers with bleeders. So technically I’m switching to a 4-blade broadhead, but it’s really a 2-blade with tiny bleeders.

Any opinions on making the switch to 4-fletch? Definitely didn’t need 4-fletch with my 3-blades.

Post by: WoolSocks on September 26, 2023, 06:38:10 PM: Thanks for the replies! This was at Nock Point. I usually trust those guys. I’m sure the 4-fletch arrows help a bit, but the list of things that might help a bit has no end 😁

Appreciate the voice of actual experience here.
