Hey everyone I thought I’d try asking if anyone has any information on cow moose in the huckleberry unit. I told my dad to make a username and ask on here when he found out he pulled the tag and of course he didn’t so thought I’d do it for him haha.
He has a couple spots he’s zoning in on to hunt but thought I’d try to get more info for him if there were other places to possibly look into. Thanks for any info, I’d appreciate it!

Got back to you guys, thanks for the info!

I think you guys are in a good area ,keep pounding the roads, glassing all the cuts. Early mourning too,up high and low.
You'll find one ,they are definitely around there.

I’m up in Springdale hunting this weekend 121 cow moose. Seen a small bull and a cow, but they hit the brush before I was ready. Seen a bear that was photogenic.

Nice! He actually got his on Thursday morning. I was planning to write a little summary up and show pics, might do it tomorrow. Opening day we saw a huge cow moose with a young Bull but it never came out the tree line area. So it’s still there somewhere.
