Title: OPtima v2 ?
Post by: goldenhtr on October 14, 2023, 05:19:32 PM: I have a new CVA optima v2 that has worked flawlessly for both deer and elk season. I came home Fri. and went to clean it Sat. morning and it will not open. Not a single problem the last 2 weeks as I said. Any ideas?

Guy at elk camp this last week had same problem
Pull the break open lever and crack it over your knee , it will open get everything clean and greased good

a little breech grease works wonders on the hinge pin
