Just curious

I have no idea, but what about 1X scopes for muzzleloaders?
:peep:

Burris Eliminator is Legal in Washington and Montana for rifle season. Not Idaho.

No.

From what I kniw about the Burris scope is it would be ILLEGAL! does it use a battery? It says must use open sights but the open sights can be fiber optic.

The regulations for muzzleloader are different than for modern firearm. I believe you are referring to muzzleloaders? Any telescopic sight would be illegal during a muzzleloader only hunt.
The Burris scope is legal for modern firearm use.
