Title: Idaho controlled hunts

Post by: huntnnw on January 31, 2024, 06:56:57 AM: with no points and a 10% cap on NR tags nothing is really very easy to draw and lots of luck. Last 10 years tags have probably doubled in odds to draw

Post by: adamR on April 03, 2024, 09:30:54 AM: I've drawn two bull permits and one either sex tag in the last four years. They may not have been the elite units but I had a great time each year and had my pick of elk. You can't go if you don't apply.

no but you can only hold a controlled hunt tag as a first tag so you would have to relinquish your general tag in order to claim your controlled hunt tag.
