Because that guy has been eating road salt and more dirt.
It's like Chernobyl inside that giant highway tom,road salt steroid.
If you pull your spotter out and look , you'll see that jeenie-0 just sweating salt.
You don't even have to freeze him,he is already cured ,ready for smoke. :chuckle:
