Title: What AR parts can you mail order in WA?
Post by: Wanttohuntmore on February 16, 2024, 06:15:12 AM
Anyone know if you can buy AR uppers without the Bolt carrier group and charge handle in WA?  Trying to find this online is like a law class text book....

Tried that and am having errors pop up,  not sure if it's the parts specifically or the site.   Placed another order that went through for just the bcg.

I heard a rumor few months ago that some online retailers are still shipping to Washington.
Sites that are have a disclaimer.
That will basically say it your responsibility to know the laws in your state.
They are not responsible for your criminal activity.

With that said
I have no first hand experience.
Those websites may have stopped shipping here.
This was a few months ago.

Yup, like you said "Communist State."  That ban or prohibition in my opinion will not do anything to lower crime.
I believe the agenda is to make it so difficult to own firearms that firearms owner will willing surrender them

Just the fact you live in Washington and asked about this means there is a search warrant being written up for your residence, property, friends property, place of work and mom’s house.

Good luck!

There are other states around you. Ar parts are not a firearm. Do not let a corrupt government put you and your family at risk. Iykyk.

Add any semiautomatic shotguns.  I tried to buy a Beretta A300 from them awhile back and they refused to ship due to this state's  *censored* up laws.

I had a buddy recently order some stuff. You just have to find the right websites. He was able to order everything but a lower receiver and mags bigger than 10 rounds.

:yeah: Plenty of places available to order from. Also local stores I've been in still have multiple items. Sportco in Fife has quite a bit of accessories and build pieces.

Every vendor is different. Some will ship most things, some will only ship certain things, some won't ship you a t-shirt with a gun on it.

No one is naming the vendors that will ship in case Turd Ferguson's minions are out there looking for vendors to sue. And I would encourage people to not list vendors here either for that reason.

Trial and error is the only way.

Good to know.   We really need to get this states government back on track,  the over bearing gun laws and the horrible wdfw.  Too many are complacent with this bs.
