This isn’t new. Check out the OR-7 wolf from Oregon. That wolf travelled 1200 miles.

The closest Great Lakes wolves to where this one was trapped is 900 miles as the crow flies.

Post by: nwwanderer on April 27, 2024, 03:30:19 PM: Not likely, fair bit of dense people farm ground along that 900 mile line. More likely some person from Michigan brought a wolf pup when they moved to Oregon and kicked it loose when it grew out of cute.
