Got in last evening, Thursday, tried to roost birds only saw two lone hens and got ZERO responses. Been out all day today, Friday, have not seen or heard a bird yet today. Going out again in the evening. Still new to this area, anyone have any thoughts on this area for guidance?

That sums up our trip since Thursday night. Deer yes, hens very few, gobblers ZERO. Heard two this AM but a good distance behind a fence and they didn't want to us for Turkey games :chuckle:

I seen elk and no deer north of Spokane a couple weeks ago. Nephew even moping that he is seeing very few deer now which he is accustomed to seeing hundreds every month growing up there.
