Does anyone know why a second bear tag can’t be purchased until the end of June?
So spring bear hunters don’t buy a second tag.

I don't know the answer but I know its been like that for at least the last couple years.

Not being able to pick up a second tag in the spring. So it’s not because they are trying to get rid of bear hunting or anything.
