Title: Had my first solid buck remounted, got it back
Post by: zwickeyman on July 19, 2024, 05:30:19 AM: Picked him up from Jacob at Frontier Wildlife Studios yesterday. The old mount was split at the nose and had a 1" split where the cape is sewed at the back of his neck. Love this pose and couldnt be happier how it turned out. Shot him up the North Fork of the Teanaway

Im old LOL. Pretty sure it was 1982. I killed a 27" 3 pt on the same ridge the year after that was the biggest bodied buck I have ever killed. Teanaway was really good in the 80's

It'd be worth writing the newspaper if you saw a buck like that up there these days :chuckle:

Its a shame whats happened to the Mule Deer in Teanaway and the Methow. State wide for that matter

Jacob at Frontier Wildlife Studios in Shelly ID. Cant say enough about his work and professionalism
