any one have one of these. i see there on sale only concern could be finding bullets for it in the future as i think knight is the only one making 52 cal bullets.

I don’t think you’ll have a problem finding bullets. But with the 52 there is not as as many choices.

I’ve got 2 of them. They shoot great. Plenty of bullet choice. The silver mmp sabot takes any .458 bullet. I’m shooting a 405 grn jacketed 45-70 bullet. A lot of guys are shooting the Hornady 325 grn FTX with much success. I also cast custom lead conicals for mine. 510 grains of pure joy.

What in the heck are you shooting at :chuckle: Those are some serious pieces of lead!

You gotta match the twist with the proper bullet length with a conical bullet. 1-26 twist calls for a 1 inch plus and at 52 cal they get heavy quick. What can you shoot you ask. Well just about anything you want 😂
