Title: Sons Montana Buck
Post by: Nmarth88 on December 13, 2024, 09:33:50 AM: Was able to head over to Montana a couple weeks ago for a couple days of hunting for my 14 yr old son. It was extremely windy and somewhat cold but we were on multiple deer on the first day. He was able to seal the deal from about 120yds and tag out by 9am. Got a little bonus for thanksgiving day as well!

Only deer I regret not squeezin on was a monster two in montana in 1996.

The turkey was actually great. I didn’t know what to expect being wild. My son is also allergic to peanuts so my wife insisted we don’t use peanut oil and use canola, but we were all surprised that it turned out great in the fryer.
