Are you supposed to use rhis spray for corrosion protection for storing grinders and stuffer? Or do you are processing?

LEM sells a food grade silicone spray for that, I use it.

I only use it for storing after cleaning, I never use it while processing

Same. I always use it after I clean for corrosion resistance.

I use olive oil. Been using that for years. Any similar cooking oil would work. Liberal amount.

I use silicone spray to coat the misery whip saws I have restored to protect them against rusting.
