Title: Baker Lake Sockeye 2025
Post by: 3nails on March 23, 2025, 06:43:52 PM: Looks like a July 12th opener this year. Hopefully being a week later there will be quite a few more fish in the lake. Staying with a 4 fish limit. Wouldn't mind seeing that at 3.

Where are you getting your information? WDFW is saying July 12 with a 6 fish limit.

Post by: fishermom on April 20, 2025, 09:24:04 PM: I STAND CORRECTED! To the point of always check WDFW before opening mouth. :yike: Their policy is now to open the first Saturday after the 4th, but that apparently means unless the 4th is connected to a Saturday. I removed the erroneous info.

Got to look closer at the language in the Draft regs from 4/12/2025.

It says "July 12 – Aug. 31 (First Saturday after July 4th WEEKEND)".
