He's got a diesel heater and a wood stove in his. Bigger alternator to charge his expensive batteries, etc.

Post by: CP on May 16, 2025, 11:26:55 AM: “Build out” is an overstatement but I put in carpet, an inverter, a Jackery, fridge, mattress, window coverings, curtains, a couple other gadgets. It can all be removed in less than hour to convert it back to a cargo van.

I’ve done all 3 that you mentioned at one time or another and the van is more convenient and more comfortable than a trailer or a truck mounted camper. All 3 will certainly work, but I prefer the van. But to each his own. :twocents:
