Title: Paper bee hive, worth anything??

Quick story:
I brought one home a few years ago, early winter. to add some decor to one of my bear mounts. I brought it in the house and about a hour later the bees started pouring out of it :yike:

that would suck!! I’m pretty sure it’s dead, we have bees all over our elk meat today and the nest is quiet!

thanks, found another one just like it but saw a couple flying in/out of it.

Post by: buckcanyonlodge on October 05, 2025, 06:03:29 AM: Bald Face Hornet...what we call them around here. Don't get stung by one of those... I've watched these bad boys fly in to a swarm of yellow jackets , grab one of them , pinch it's head off, and then fly away with the body.
