Get the lawyers on the phone and ask the prosecutors office and then see if the wardens opinion matches if not go hunt another state😂😂😂

I talked to a game warden yesterday and he said that any points four inches from the skull can be unlimited length. The portion of the true spike description stating one inch means if you are not within 1” of legal that you will be charged criminally and if it’s less than an inch you will only get an infraction.

A neighbor today told me that anything below the tips of the ears doesn’t count so we are going to assume that the ears are 4 inches long. So  any junk below the tips of the ear should be legal as a spike

Elk ears are a little bigger than that... 4" from the hairline...
