We found some small rattlers in the Chilliwist and it kinda creeped me out.

Yep, there are a few there. I always enjoy the May opener for elk in the canyons. They are usually hot and bothered by then.

I was floating the Yakima river last year and one swam up to my tube........ threw my beer at him and he went under water just about had a heart attack....... :o

I was rock climbing a Tieton a few years ago. We topped out on a climb and were looking for a rap station when I spotted about 5 little rattlers (less than a foot long) and two that went about 3 feet long. I was scared S$#@less.
We climbed the rest of the day but were SUPER vigilant.
