Title: Elk Class at Wilderness Archery
Post by: Skillet on July 13, 2009, 08:23:14 AM: Thanks to Rocky and Jim for putting on a great class yesterday. I met some great folks, and learned a lot - those guys can call, man. Now if I can only get my bugle to sound like a real bull BEFORE he has an arrow in him...

I had never used any diaphragm calls before yesterday and now feel like with a few more hours of practice I could be respectable in the field. Thanks to some one on one coaching from Rockie.

Well worth the money especially with the free calls and door prizes.

I wrote the name down as "Haviland" but when I search for it nothing comes up. Do any of you know the knife he was talking about?

Supposedly it is like a scalpel and may have replaceable blades.

Any help would be appreciated.
