Title: Lifesize Bobcat Mount (Charlies Taxidermy)
Post by: bucklucky on July 29, 2009, 10:09:13 AM: Well, I havent posted any pictures of bobcat mounts yet so here is one for ya. It is a Spokane Bobcat. I like the color of those cats better than what we get on the west side for the most part.

The face is very well done....

Lifesize bobcat is going to start at $750.00 and goes up from there depending on habitat, alterations, base, open mouth etc... That mount pictured is the base price mount. Thanks for asking!

Do you really want to know how many I have done? Not near as many as most. That there is only my 4th lifesize bobcat.

Most of the mount's look like a cocanie deal gone bad! I;m not sure how many cats I ever see full open mouth alive but thats the mount. I will keep you in mind this fall. But just where is skookumchuck?

That cat is GREAT! If I bump into a Bob I know where I'm taking it!

I got a long way to go but that's what I'm striving for. That guy has some serious talent and is what I call "The Best" or maybee the "best of the best" is more adequate ;)

I've studied bobcats in the field and on the wall for years, and realize the extreme difficulty in not making the cat look a "freak". As far as I'm concerned, Phil Soucy is one of the only people I would ever be completely happy with to do any cat that I would have to look at for the rest of my life. Unfortunatly, his price isn't in my ballpark. You will be getting a PM.
