Post your best buck, mulie, blacktail, or whitetail, we need something to entertain us until deer season, since no one is shooting any bears.
Here is my best, not huge, but I am happy!

2007 archery kill. Other than wrecking my pickup that evening on the way home, it was a great day
-
Cool looking mount, great buck too
-
From my home in Michigan.
-
Awesome bucks magnum!! welcome to the sight! :hello:
-
For me this is my biggest buck. I've only killed two blacktails. All of my other deer have been mulies or whitetails. But this blacktail is my favorite. BIG blackies are hard to come by and really tough to hunt. I have mulies and whitetails that are bigger, but this blacktail is the deer that I am the most proud to have taken. It was a great day of "huntin". I was with my 82 year old mother when I took this buck. Best day I've ever had in the woods!!! Not to mention he was one hellva buck!

Thanks. I shot him up in the Blues outside of Walla Walla. It was one heck of a packout, took us a full day to pack him out. We cut both the front legs off and the hind quarters to get him out of the bottom.

Well congrats again on a great washington buck. I've seen that pic in the random photos a couple of times before and always thought that the background looked like it was somewhere in washington. I've killed a couple of nice bucks but had to go out of state to do it. I hope to get one like that here someday.
-
my best buck yet, alta 07
-
Nice. Was that general season or a draw hunt?
-
Winthrop 2001. This deer was well feed, he dressed out @ 178 lbs minus the head & neck.
-
cberg, did scott mount that deer?
-
Shane - Cberg is a taxidermist and mounted his buck - just fyi. He did my buck - attached. I don't have any good field photo's as I was by myself and none of them turned out.
-
Here is a picture from Chuck's shop, just before he was finished.
-

I agree. One hell of a nice buck! Congrats man.
-
And Here is the finished product in my house.
Sorry, I spread this out, but I couldn't find the right pictures when looking, so I took a new one.

I tried posting mine but it says the file is too large?
-
I tried posting mine but it says the file is too large?
resize it!
-
Another quick trick I use to re-size photos... Works if you have Outlook set up. you can do hundreds of photos at the same time.
1. Open Windows Explorer, browse to the folder that has your photos and select all the photos you wish to re-size (tip, holding shift will select a series between two files, and holding control will allow you to click on multiple files and select only the ones clicked on)
2. Hover the mouse pointer over one of the selected photos and right click.
3. A pop up menu will come up. move the pointer down and click on the "send to option"
4. Another menu will show up. Choose "Mail Recipient"
5. A pop up box will come up asking if you want to make all your pictures smaller. click on the radial button for this option
6. If not already open, Outlook will open up and a new mail will be created. it will insert allthe selected photos in as attachments and they will be sized down for you.
7. select all the highlighted photos and paste them into a new folder. As long as you select a different folder than the original one you pulled the full sized photos from, it will not overwrite your larger high-rez photos.
see screen shots...
-
Or just send it to me and I will do it for you
-
Here he is thanks to phool!!
