Title: Merriam Turkey Rug
Post by: WCTaxidermy on August 04, 2009, 08:51:37 PM: I just finished up this Turkey Rug for a client. Still have to put the backing on it, but thought I would share it with everyone. It will be going on a wall just like a bear rug. Take care and talk with you soon. John

Charlie, I charge right around $250.00 for a completed rug, depending if I have to repair any major damage etc. My clients like it because it gives them yet another option when they are considering space and money.

We are doing the traditional fan with my daughters tom but this would have been the ticket if I would have seen it. You will be getting a call next year. Is it best to bring the whole bird to you to skin, we just take the guts out?
