Just wish they would have let me know where my area was alittle sooner. Spent some time up in your area, the black buttes scouting thinking that was where I would be hunting. You should have a great hunt, lots of goats. Best of luck.

Post by: BillyG on August 10, 2009, 05:21:39 PM: Across the Middle Fork Nooksack from our position was about 25 Goats. Nannies and Kids and maybe two Billy's in the dirt next to the snow. This is near Seward Peak.

Post by: BillyG on August 10, 2009, 05:52:45 PM: As I begain to use the spotting scope, I heard a rumble and my scope started to shake. At first I thought the mountain had decided to wake up. I'm thinking I'm in big trouble if that happens. I soon realized that the glaciers them selves were making that thunder like sound followed by the ground shaking. The scenery was amazing!
