What is the best wax to use on the bowstring? I use bohning tex-tite, is this good wax?Thanks

Thats what I use, seems to work okay :dunno:

tex-tite is good.
I also use some which is pure beeswax and pine rosin

How often do you use this wax on your strings? Every time you shoot, or every other?third? etc.

When it looks like it's a little bare. Probably every 6 sessions or so.

I wax the strings right after shooting. I figure if I don't, I will get in the habit of not waxing

Thanks guys. I'd been going every third or fourth time. Someone once told me about overwaxing being bad.

this is what we use on our strings...the best wax I have found...the cool thing is it is a LIQUID wax.works down it in the string

Is it alright to switch waxes after you started to use one?? Just wondering about switching to the liquid wax?

yes Scorpion Venom makes a cleaner to clean out the old wax from your strings

Triple x what would the liquid wax cost? am getting a new string and would like to use a good wax.What do you guys charge for it.Thanks.
