So what does everyone think? With the pending lawsuit against Montana and Idaho trying to stop wolf hunting again this year, who thinks we will actually get to hunt wolves this year?
-
I say yes. It seems to me that last year, when wolf hunting was blocked, the judge gave certain stipulations to Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho of what they had to do in order to have seasons this year. Wyoming did not comply so they don't get seasons, Montana and Idaho did. Now the enviro's are switching up there arguments and changing the facts. I think that the judge (hopefully) will see right through their ploy and back the states saying that they held their end of the bargain in doing more research and more accurate population counts.
...at least I hope the judge can be reasonable.
-
I think Idaho will but Montana may not. Therefore I will not answer the poll.
-
what makes you think montana wont
-
Well I never read about an official announcement. Maybe I have had my head in the sand. I just read one which was apparently posted yesterday and because of this I think they both will do it.

I think wolves will be hunted no matter what happens, I hope that the hunt will be "legal". If you want to call the endangered joke list, with its cram it down our throats a law anymore. Its a joke, they know its a joke and we know it. This *censored* can't keep continuing, the pro-wolf people spread their lies all over the place the know-nothing bunny humpers write out checks on an issue they are being miss-informed about, the pro-wolfers smile and the circle starts all over. If the judge stops this again, people who did not see it before will see it, IT, being the judge needs to get a differant job. Maybe he can join his buddies scubbing porta potties in yellowstone.

One way or the other. :)
-
I think there will be a legal wolf hunt :chuckle: :chuckle:
-
I'm really on the fence on this... keeping an optimistic view I'm voting yes by a 51/49 margin.
-
Well the poll question is who thinks the wolf hunting season will take place as planned this year? Therefore illegal harvest of wolves would not be as planned. :)
-
I say yes, I think it would be tough to argue the fact that the wolves are way above recovery objectives. If it does not happen then I will have lost whatever faith I had left for this country's system. :bash:
