Well its that time, I'm way to busy with family life, school starting and coaching, but hunting season will get started for me in only 3 days!!! Can't decide if I'm going to go out for deer, bear, or grouse? Maybe all of them by the end of the day :chuckle: I have to say that I wont be spending as much time this year as in years past, family seems to cut more and more of my outdoor time out every year but the benefits outweigh it I guess. I hope everyone else that is bow hunting this year for deer has a great early season and remember you only get the big ones if you pass on the little guys

Up scouting Peaches on Wednesday and Friday. Saw LOTS of fresh sign but no elk. Saw some Big ole Bull tracks walking down the road on Friday. If they aren't rutting, I sure am.

Well I will be setting camp for my dad tonight!!! He will be up for the entire week hunting. Been seeing some nice mule deer this year but not as many whitetail as normal. Good luck on the Peaches scouting, keep me posted. I'm really looking forward to hunting it the last weekend plus a couple days.

Went out this morning and got 2 nice blues and saw a couple small mule deer bucks that I decided to hold off on. Fun morning, I was back down to practice by 9am :chuckle:
